Robust steel bracketing system provides for a variety of strong mounting options

The system can span surfaces up to 7m in width and 4m in height

Vane size is available in 89mm as standard and option for wider 127mm in range of colours, textures and finishes

The range of textiles varies in openness factors and choice of protective coating.

Dynamic range of Carrier Track options which also include for slopes, curves and motorisation.

System can be fabricated with horizontal or vertical track curvatures.

System can be fabricated to offer mounting options for both horizontal and vertical installation.

In its standard configuration this system consists of a straight, horizontal headrail profile extruded from aluminium alloy providing excellent rigidity and strength even on the largest spans, the headrail can be finished in natural anodised aluminium or powder-coated in white, ivory or silver finish.

All system components are made from hard-wearing UV resistant plastics ensuring the smoothest, quiet rotation and that operation remains consistent regardless of size.

The slim headrail profile and the transparent moulded co-polymer slat travellers create a visually unobtrusive system that whilst lightweight provides unrivalled support strength. 

Slat hooks are moulded from a polymer chosen for it high tensile strength and toughness, ensuring durability and enabling the hanger to be held secure thus increasing the stability of the vanes.

The tilt adjustment of the slats is performed by an incorporated clutch mechanism which prevents damage to the components and the elimination of stress on componentry dramatically reduces breakages.

To ensure long term durability all the operating hardware is cycle tested to withstand the rigours of high frequency contract use.

To assure that the vanes consistently hang straight and parallel and always equally spaced, the slat traveller system features a patented self-alignment mechanism.

The operation of the mechanism will automatically restore a disturbed vane to its original position.

This low maintenance system offers the convenience of a vane stack release to enable easier access for window maintenance and cleaning.

The system carriers offer 200° rotational ability providing maximum closure of vanes ensuring effective control of solar glare, heat gain and light leakage.

The adjustability of the vane is particularly effective at ensuring good visual comfort conditions through the controlled amount of light and pleasant contrast conditions, thus reducing glare and harsh light contrasts whilst making optimum use of natural daylight.

Optimising the use of natural daylight in the workplace has been scientifically proven to increase productivity and reduce absenteeism.

The additional benefit of the reduced requirement for artificial light translates in lower energy usage.

An extensive selection of fabrics can be specified in different openness factors and texture and colour combinations, all fabrics are fire retardant to BS standard.

Fabrics with antimicrobic protection coating that will keep vanes cleaner and inhibit the growth of bacteria and mould can be specified. 

Blackout fabrics to provide complete light-tightness and solar reflective fabrics can be specified to keep the heat out and reduce internal solar gain, which in modern office environments can be quite extensive.
